Proposal planning in Lisbon: your questions answered

We start with your date and your story, suggest places, setups and timings, and send a tailored quote. Once you've booked, we prepare everything (decoration, permissions, photographer, weather plan) and send you a timeline with a meeting point and a signal for when to ask.

We don't have a fixed price list, because no two proposals are the same. The quote depends on the setup, the place, the time and whether you add video. Send us your idea and date and we'll reply with options.

Three to six weeks is ideal, and earlier for sunset dates between April and October. Short notice? Ask anyway: we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

That's most people. Tell us a little about your partner and we'll suggest two or three options that fit.

We only contact you on the number or email you choose and never mention the proposal anywhere your partner could see it. We'll also help you with a believable reason to be at the right place.

We agree a signal in advance, so you know the setup is ready and the photographer is in place.

Message us. We stay in touch all day and can move the moment by a few minutes, or switch to the backup spot if the light has gone.

Every plan has a backup: a covered terrace, an indoor venue or another day of your trip. We decide with you based on the forecast.

Small, discreet touches, usually yes. A full setup on a busy public viewpoint usually isn't possible or allowed, so for big setups we suggest a beach, a garden, a rooftop or a private venue.

We take everything down after your photos and leave the place exactly as we found it. Keep a bouquet if you like.

Very unlikely. Your photographer blends in with the people around you and works from a distance with a long lens.

A few sneak-peek photos within 48 hours, then the full edited gallery about a week later.

Only if you both say yes. Your photos and video are private unless you tell us otherwise.
